What is UKOUG?
UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG) exists to serve the Oracle community in the UK and Ireland. We act as a focal point for sharing knowledge about Oracle applications, technologies, tools and developments and, as an independent, not for profit membership organisation, represent the views of users and partners to Oracle.

Is this event free to attend for members, if not how much does it cost?
As a UKOUG member you may be entitled to a free place. UKOUG members have an allocation of free Conference 1-day passes, depending on the level of membership your organisation holds. For a description of how the entitlement works please go to: user memberships

Due to the limit on the number of passes your organisation will have, you must contact the main contact in charge of your membership, to find out if there are any passes available for you. Not sure who is the main contact? login to your MyUKOUG area to find out.

Please note, Bronze Affiliate membership does not include conference places, therefore it is possible to either purchase member rate tickets, or you may find it cheaper to upgrade your membership to include free Conference 1-day passes. The following rates apply for members wishing to purchase additional passes to attend the EPM & Hyperion Conference:

I'm not a member, how do I to attend?
UKOUG welcomes non-members to register. You can either purchase a non-member ticket through the online registration page, which will open in September, or you may find it cheaper to join UKOUG as a member which could include free conference day passes dependant on the membership type you purchase.

Can I transfer my conference pass to my colleague?
Yes. Please contact our registration team at: ukoug@registrationline.co.uk or: +44(0)1462 499 670 up to 48 hours before the event to transfer your pass.

I can no longer attend, what should I do?
As soon as you are aware that you can no longer attend, it is very important that you contact us. If you do not notify us prior to the event you may be charged for your place. Please refer to our cancellation terms & conditions.

Please note that cancellation of bookings must be received by email to: ukoug@registrationline.co.uk

No refunds will be made for cancellations received within 30 days of the conference. Cancellations made in advance of 30 days will receive a full refund but are subject to an administration fee of £50 +VAT. If you used a free one-day pass for your conference place, the membership will be re-credited with the number of one-day passes you cancel.

Cancellations made within 30 days will not be refunded, however, we will accept a name change from a colleague within your company and these can be made free of charge. Name substitutions must be received by email at least 48 hours prior to the event with the names of both the original and substitute registrant to: ukoug@registrationline.co.uk

How do I book accommodation
We work with Event Express who are holding a range of hotel rooms for our delegates, please go to their website to book.

Other accommodation websites may offer more competitive deals, the earlier you book the better rate you may receive.

What are the sponsorship and exhibition opportunities?
Sponsoring this event is the ideal way to gain brand awareness amongst Oracle users based in and around the JD Edwards community. What’s the dress code for this event?
All UKOUG events have a relaxed dress code, however, you may wish to dress in business casual which is the most common form of attire.

Will there be food and beverages provided at the conference?
Each conference pass purchased entitles the attendee to morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch. Our evening social event also includes complimentary food and soft and alcoholic beverages.

Can I view this year’s agenda and still download presentations?
Yes, you can still view the agenda. Presentations are kept and are available for UKOUG members to download. If you are a member, please to log in to the library to download available presentations.
